By using Sunova Sensa you agree to these terms.
The service
Sunova Sensa provides educational learning tools for individuals with dyslexia, dyscalculia, ADHD, dysgraphia, autism spectrum needs, and cognitive support needs. It is not a medical service and does not provide clinical diagnoses.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. One person per account — shared accounts are not permitted.
Subscriptions & payments
- Free accounts are provided indefinitely with limited daily lessons.
- Inteluma subscriptions (monthly, annual, lifetime, family) are billed via Stripe.
- Annual subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
- Lifetime access is a one-time purchase with no recurring charges.
- Trials: the 14-day no-card trial does not require payment information. The 7-day card trial may be cancelled before the trial ends at no charge.
- Refunds: we offer a 7-day refund window on new subscriptions if you contact us within 7 days of being charged.
Acceptable use
You may not use Sunova Sensa to:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform.
- Harass, bully, or harm other users.
- Upload illegal, offensive, or harmful content.
Intellectual property
All content, lessons, and software are owned by Sunova Sensa. You may not reproduce or distribute them without written permission.
Limitation of liability
Sunova Sensa is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica.
